专利摘要:
The swathe hold-down design is intended to prevent clogging of the harvester intake, caused by crops forming swathes of different height and width. The hold-down facilitates an adaptation to such conditions by application of suitable pressure on the swathes. thus safeguarding faultless functioning. At the level of the upper edge of the reception drum rake strips, is mounted a shaft which carries softly resilient, holding-down tines with a high lateral stability. At the shaft the tine ends are downwards inclined at an angle of 30 deg.. This is followed by an upwards curved section and a final upwards inclined section.

2. Clamp pop.1, which is distinguished by the fact that, next to the spring coil 8 on the side of the clamping fingers 7, bolted joints 9 are placed radially on the shaft 5, in which the heads of the bolts 10 or 1G washers on the opposite side are located without clearance coils spring 8.
3. Clamp pop.1, which is also distinguished by the fact that the clamping finger 7 is located in the area of every second striker 6.
The invention relates to a belt 4a for devices for the selection of rollers of harvesting machines, especially silage combines. To reduce the moisture content, some agricultural harvested herbs are cut onto the field before the cutting process for manufacturing into the silo logo. Mowing, as well as the laying of the rolls of this retractable mass occurs with the help of trailed or self-propelled roller headers. After loading, the stowable mass is taken up by a pick-up device by a subsequent harvester. For selection with small losses and uniform selection of the mass to be harvested from the soil, as well as for further transportation without clogging to subsequent transporting bodies, clamps are located above the pick-up drum of the subassembly device. Such clamps are already known in various types of execution. For example, clamps are known that consist of a rotating shaft of a pick-up drum located in the side walls and curved or straight clamping fingers fixed on it. The shaft is located in front of and above the pick-up drum, so that the clamping fingers either stand at a distance above the pick-up drum, as per US tent No., or lie on the pick-up drum, as per US patent No. 571iSS and 2975581. The position of the rotating shaft and thereby the clamping fingers attached to it, except for this, can be changed using the handle, as per US patent No. 3924391, or with the help of the spring lever attached to it and adjustable stops. Thereby, it is possible to change the position of the entire clamp in a certain area above the pick-up drum. The attachment of the clamping fingers to the shaft is made in most cases rigidly, as per patent No., or spring-wise in one turn, as in US patent fj 2691266. Further, they are known from Austrian patent No., and also from Germany No. 1936057, clamps located across the entire width pick-up drum height-adjustable profile sheet. From the GDR patent ff 129083 a clamp is known, which is attached to a rotating pipe located behind the pick-up drum in the region above the transverse auger conveyor. Its bent fingers on the front side go upward in front of the take-up drum. From the pipe back they extend over the transverse auger conveyor, and the resulting rotational movement of the pipe, which occurs as a result of the pressure-dependent change in the position of the pressure fingers, is transmitted through a fixed support pipe binder link on the stepless belt drive to drive the pick drum and the transverse auger conveyor. All of these clamps have, due to their performance and position, significant drawbacks. So, for example, the front, the location of the shaft with clamping fingers fixed on Him, or the front position of the profile sheet with rolls with heap formation leads to clogging of the cleaned mass before the picking drum. Sharp fluctuations in the height of the roll within the width of one roll are not selected without disrupting the process, as the clamps are generally rigid and can be installed only on the average height of the roll. This leads to clogging.
on the one hand, and on the other hand to the non-selection of stripes rolls with low mass. The known clamps are not in a position to accept the widely packed retractable mass in a low roll, as they, because of their device, exert the necessary pressure on the retractable mass only at large roll masses. As a consequence, the pick-up drum teeth are rolled up to the cleaned masses in front of them until a favorable size ratio between the layer thickness and the diameter of the pick-up drum is reached. This feed has a negative effect on the quality of the cut. Known clamps due to different versions are applicable mainly for certain types of food. When harvesting grasses (the third pick for large straw rolls requires different clamps. The purpose of the invention is to create a clamp for the roll picker, which allows picking without clogging of rolls of varying heights within one roll and coalescent rolls, which allows wide selection laid down roll weight of low height and is universally applicable in all types of feed. The purpose of the invention is to create a clamp for the roller picker, it can adapt to fluctuations in height roll inside the width of one roll, which n moves the heaps in a roll in front of itself and which provides the pressure necessary for an immaculate process on the mass to be removed for wide rolls of low height, as well as for all kinds of feed. a known construction with a pick-up drum and a transverse auger conveyor at the height of the upper edge of the pick-up drum strips has a shaft, which is rigidly connected through the stand by the side walls of the pick-up device cove The pins are fastened on this shaft, the ends of which are made in the form of springs with somewhat close-lying (and thereby amortizing {turning) coils are screwed to the shaft. Outgoing pins from this shaft have an angle of inclination of about 30
to the vertical towards the ground. They then bend upward, with the lowest point itself, lying below the middle of the pick-up drum. In the continuation, the clamping fingers are mirrored at the same angle as the downward part, while the ends of the clamping fingers are curved towards the strips and lie on the top of the strips to be removed. Along with each other, the coils lying on the side of the clamping fingers are bolted together radially through the shaft. Between the head of the bolt or washer on the opposite side and the coils of the spring, only a small gap is left, so that the spring action can be fully utilized with high lateral stability. This is necessary because otherwise the pinch fingers would have collided with the teeth of the pick drum, It is advisable in the area of each of the second lifting strips to position the clamping finger. The technical implementation and location of the clamping fingers contribute to the fact that large heaps in the roll do not move in front of the clamp, since the clamping fingers on one side only go to the top, and on the other hand, due to their inclination in the first part, they can pile on piles and thereby contribute to the rise. This movement can be performed by each clamping finger independently of the neighboring finger. In this way, the clamping does its job even with different fluctuations in height across the width of the roll. Wide rolls of low height are also selected without hindrance, since the pressure necessary for transporting the mass to be removed on the stripping strips of the pick-up drum is provided first. The clamping fingers are, moreover, located in a relatively large area in close proximity to the stripping strips, so that low-rolls are gripped. Offered (due to their high mobility and design, it still has the advantage that it is applicable to all types of food with equally good performance. In Fig. 1, a side view of the selection device for rolls is shown; Fig. 2 is the same, top view .
